is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation managed by a volunteer board of directors made up of leading citizens in our community.
By removing some of the financial burdens associated with going to, surviving in, and graduating from college,
NSB CAPS
plays a vital role in increasing college access and success for many motivated yet underserved youth and young adults.
The NSB CAPS board of directors is made up of leading citizens from the New Smyrna Beach area. Each volunteer member of the board is committed to helping continue the work of Jane Chapman Gould and Vermelle Chapman, enriching the lives of students graduating from New Smyrna beach High School.
